Our rates are $100.00 to $150.00 (U.S. dollars) and do not include tax. We accept cash and personal checks. A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation, with the balance due one month prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made one month prior to your scheduled arrival.

Check-in: Typically between 3p.m. and 7p.m. or by prior arrangement. Check-out: times are typically 11:30a.m. and are similarly flexible.

Reservations: All rates are based on double occupancy for one night. Rooms are subject to 8.25% New York State Taxes and 3% Hotel Taxes. Rates include breakfast.

Cancellations: A refund of your deposit less a $15.00 service charge will be made if your cancellation notice is received by us at least two weeks prior to your check-in date.

Smoking is allowed in the lounge and outdoors only.

Returned Check Charge: There is a $20 charge for all returned checks.
